I think it has alot to do w/ how quickly you reply to posts, how good your account looks (sig, avatar, motto), and if you're posting the "popular" opinion. It's not always about how truly "useful" your post is.

If you've had that many posts flagged either way...it at least means you're opinionated and people are actually reading your posts!
