We recently branched in with NEG. We now have 1600+ members!

1. HVP Structure

1.1 Organizational Structure.

In order to provide a better and organized gaming community, HVP organizes its members into "Branches", "Divisions and "Companies as follows:

(A) Branches. Each HVP Branch includes one (1) to ten (10) Divisions. Each HVP Branch is lead one one (1) CiC or Commander in Chief(General of ARMY,MARINE,AIR FORCE etc.)

(B) Divisions. Each HVP Division includes one (1) to ten (10) Companies. Each HVP Division is lead by one (1) General,one (1) Colonel and three (3) Lieutenant Colonels.

(C) Batallions. Each HVP Batallion includes one(1) to three (3) Companies. Each Batallion is lead by one (1) Colonel and one (1) Lieutenant Colonel.

(D) Companies. Each HVP Company includes one (1) Major and one (1) captain, and will include up to 90 members. An HVP Company may only be created by the Division Leader. (GEN)

(E) Platoons. Each HVP Company Has five (5) Platoons. Each Platoon will hold up to Fifteen (15) to Twenty (20) members. Each platoon has a Platoon Leader (2LT) and a Second in Command (SGM). The Platoon list is to be kept up to date by the 1LT that is in Charge of the Platoon List.

1.2 Rank Structure.

Administrative:
Warrant Officer 1 (WO1) - Administrator in training.
Chief Warrant Officer 2 (CW2) - Performs administrative duties and
performs the behind the scenes work; a thankless job.
Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) - Not only performs administrative
duties and does the behind the scenes work, but also coordinates the
Administrative Warrant Officers and runs their Administrator Team in a
productive and efficient manner.
Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CW4) - This is an administrative
rank. He / She coordinate the Administrator Teams and ensure the smooth running of the web sites, forums, and News and Marketing areas.
Chief Warrant Officer 5(CW5)- The Highest administrative rank. He/she coordinates the Warrant Officers, and has the most seniority over the WO(Warrant Officers.)
Officers:

Owner(OWNR) This member has FULL authority over all of HVP. These are the
people that have given their all to create this gaming community, provide a
positive gaming environment, and instill leadership values in all of their
subordinates. They have paid for the expenses of running the community out of their own pockets, and built the community from the ground up. They deserve full respect and gratitude.In addition, they have
majority ownership of the HVP community.

Chief of Staff (CSRS) - This rank is awarded to the Lead member of the Senior Staff.
This is the highest ranking member of the Senior Staff Members. In addition to
the normal duties of the Senior Staff, this member has the responsibility of
coordinating the Senior Staff Members.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least a year and nine
months. This rank can only be obtained with the approval of an Owner/Creator.
Senior Staff (SRS) This rank is awarded to members of HVP that have demonstrated
exemplary leadership skills, as well as diplomatic, multi-tasking, and problem
solving abilities. The Senior Staff Member oversees all of the HVP gaming
community and is personally responsible for the positive gaming environment of
each member of HVP,
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least a year and five
months and fulfillment of the Go rank for at least 7 months. A Creator must appoint someone to this rank.

General of (Go)- This rank is awarded to the leader that has demonstrated not
only the ability to multi-task, but to coordinate and train other leaders. The
responsibility of a General is to oversee his/her Division in all aspects.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 11 Months, fulfillment of the GEN rank for at least 3 months and must positively maintain his branch with at least 2 Divsions

General (GEN)- This rank is awarded to the leader that has demonstrated not
only the ability to multi-task, but to coordinate and train other leaders. The
responsibility of a General is to oversee his/her Division in all aspects.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 10 Months, fulfillment of the COL rank for at least 3 months and must positively maintain his division with at least 2 Battalions.

Colonel (COL) The role of a Colonel in HVP is to run every aspect of his
Regiment. Responsible for scheduling meetings, training new leaders, as well as honing the skills of his/her leaders, along with running the battalions in his regiment and ensuring a positive gaming environment for every member of his Regiment of HVP.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Lt. Colonel rank and be a part of the HVP
Community for at least 32 weeks and fulfillment of the LTC rank for at least 2 month.

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) This rank is awarded to those members who have successfully
run a Company and displayed the ability to multi-task. The role of a Lt. Colonel in HVP is to run every aspect of his
Battalion. Responsible for scheduling meetings, training, as well as honing the
skills of his/her leaders and ensuring a positive gaming environment for every
member of his Battalion of HVP.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Major rank and demonstrated the ability to run more than one Company at a time, and be a part of the
HVP Community for at least 24 weeks and fulfillment of the MAJ rank for at least 1 month. Leaders at the Senior Staff rank and higher have the ability to waive the time requirements for this rank.

Major (MAJ) The role of a Major in HVP is to run every aspect of his
Company. They are responsible for scheduling practices, meetings, training, and
ensuring a positive gaming environment for every member of their Company in
HVP
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Captain rank and be a part of
the HVP Community for at least 20 weeks (5 months) and fulfillment of the CPT rank for at least 1 month. Also to obtain this rank
the person must successfully recruit a minimum of 9 people.

Captain (CPT) This rank is awarded to those members who have displayed an
aptitude for leadership. The job of a Captain is to assist his/her Major
in any way necessary to facilitate the efficient running of their Company.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 16 weeks (4 months) and fulfillment of the 1LT rank for at least 1 month.
Also to obtain this rank the person must successfully recruit a minimum of 9
people.

First Lieutenant (1LT) - This rank is awarded to those members who have displayed an
aptitude for leadership. The job of a Lieutenant is to assist his/her Captain
in any way necessary to facilitate the efficient running of their Company.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 12 weeks and fulfillment of the 2LT rank for at least 1 month.
Also to obtain this rank the person must successfully recruit a minimum of 6
people.

Second Lieutenant (2LT) These are gamers who have exhibited leadership skills
and abilities and have decided to step up to the next level of leadership.
These are officers in training and assist the First Lieutenant.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 8 weeks
and successfully recruit a minimum of 6 people.

Enlisted:
Private (PVT) - Registered member of HVP.
Requirements: Joining an HVP company.
Private First Class (PFC) - A gamer that has been in the community for a minimum of
2 weeks and participates in community activities.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Gaming community for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Corporal (CPL) - Active member that participates in Company activities and aids
in Company duties.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for a minimum of 3 weeks and must
successfully recruit 1 person into the HVP community.
Sergeant (SGT) - An active member that goes above and beyond in the areas of
recruiting and participation.
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 4 weeks.
Staff Sergeant (SSG)
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 5 weeks
and successfully recruit a minimum of 3 people in the HVP Community.
Sergeant First Class (SFC)
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 6 weeks
and successfully recruit a minimum of 5 people into the HVP Community.
First Sergeant (1SG)
Requirements: Be a part of the HVP Community for at least 7 weeks
and must successfully recruit a minimum of 6 people into the HVP Community. OR, acquiring
a HVP Gamer tag and be appointed to this rank by your company commander
or Lt. with the commanders approval. Additionally to be eligible for ANY
ranks above First Sergeant you must have acquired an HVP gamer tag.
Sergeant Major (SGM) - A member of HVP who is dedicated to the community and wishes
to seek leadership roles within the community.
Requirements: Acquiring a HVP gamer tag and be active in the community for not less than 1 month and have the commanders approval.
1.3 Member Identification.

Each member of HVP is encouraged to represent their status as a member of HVP to the rest of the gaming world. HVP uses and the following types of identification:

(A) Gamertags. Once a HVP member reaches the Rank of Second Lieutenant, that member becomes eligible to use the HVP gamertag. The rank of Second Lieutenant requires the addition of HVP in their gamertag. A proper HVP gamertag must begin with the initials "HVP in all caps (e.g. "HVP Honor). If a member decides to change their gamertag before the rank of First Sargent, they will be qualified for an automatic promotion.



(B) In Game Clan Tags. All members are encouraged to use the in game clan tags (e.g. "HVP"), or if a member has HVP in their name, the member is required to put their rank in their clan tag (e.g. "2LT).



(C) Gamercards. Each HVP member must display "www.**** their Xbox Live gamercard bio. N2L members are also encouraged to display their Rank, Company, Division in the motto section of their gamercard profile (e.g. "PVT HVP TANGO D1 MB).

1.4 Meetings.

To help maintain the communication necessary to provide an enjoyable and organized gaming community, meetings will be regularly held throughout HVP. Members are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings if applicable. Excessive unexcused absences may result in a demotion or expulsion of the community.
