Okay I was on the new kinect dash board because my CPU key wasn't showing it kept giving me errors

So I grabbed my NAND and did some other shizz, and i got the old dashboard again?!

Dashboard 2.0.7371.0 and every time I try to stick m USB in it won't read up on the screen

And I'm trying to get my xexmenu back up.

Now what wrong with this jtag why isn't it reading m USB it in and why isn't my xexmenu showing up?

I'm afraid you're stuck unless you've got a NAND-X lying around somewhere. The only dashboard safe to downgrade to is 2.0.9199 and you have gone down too far
There are a few people who can help you like Icy-Tank who has one of the best repair shops out there

As addizy said before. 9199 is the lowest to downgrade to due to that being the update where m$ added usb capability. That is initially why FreeBOOT made the 9199 dash upgrade. As far as im concerned, addizy knows more about this stuff than i do, is just to use a transfer cable and move the update that way if you wanted to bring it back to the normal dash. I, however have no idea why xex menu wont open.
