nice post but the only thing i have a problem with is the first gen xbox 360 ive had it since 2005 i ran it for 1 yr wihtout any additional cooler fans but recently did a 15v dc fan mod in back and a 12v dc fan mod on top and still runs flawless i may just be lucky to still be one of the select few still running the first gen xbox but if something were to happen ill pull one out of my closet

Well you have one of the few that can do that. I had the same one you had, Ran it with its stuff, constantly got 2 then 3 RRoD. Once I did the X-Clamp mod, the screws, and the 2nd gen heat sinks with new thermal paste I had no problems with it then it gave out after 6 months with E-74 and currently freezes on start up. I made a new Falcon JTAG and it has an Xecuter xDrive with xFans and they work like a charm.
