Mine is also jailbroken the xbox will not recognize your itouch. so its impossible without un jailbreaking

Search USB drive for ipod touch apt.dmytro.me or something (don't think thats it) but switch it to USB mode, and after that plug into your computer and, put all .MP3's etc onto your ipod and plug it into your XBOX and go to music pick portable device. then wait for it to load.

ive tried and i dont think you can if its jail broken i suggest if you have a mac just download a program that streams your whole itunes library thats what i do the program is called connect 360
