The default mp.xex is never modded its just a multiplayer file.

What you do is your going to need the new tu6 if you dont have that, once you get it you need to put that in your cache. then you need to get two other files a default mp.xex and a patch mp.ff then you just go to your mw2 and it will have all this files, then you paste both of them into the MW2 game files.

You can buy a jtag already jtag, other than that i dont know what your asking.
