To join just follow these instructions:

Because the jtag cost me a lot of time and effort you will need to download a text file which contains my email address. You then send your gamer tag to my email.

You need to download it because it covers the costs of the JTAG.

Lobby is opening in about 25 minutes and i'll open it all night.
