Im 12 and what is this ?

This kid is probably 12 years old...

Well theres a positive and negative to this 12 year olds can be mature, but also can be a pain in the neck. But on the otherside your more likely to find a mature 15 year old, but then again theres always immature ones. The age restriction should stay as is for the fact they might just join for lobbies and never post again...

I remember way back during the good halo 3 days there was a movement or a website for stop the squeakers lols

im 13 and i haz a deeper voice than most adults + im kinda serious , serious enough to be in a major hacking organization ( profile pic explains all)

Many younger users register an account only due to the arcade system, the bright username colours and the smilies. The don't actually understand what this site is based for and they create topics relating to a singular question, e.g. "What's your favourite colour", "What age were you born?" etc.
