This looks good. I could use some more work in sections on the black and white. I can not really see the text at all it should be in a darker shade of white or in black. Other than that I think that it looks good. I am just not a fan of putting characters in sigs or avatars.

I like that a lot, especially the coloured one. The black and white one isn't the best looking in my opinion. I like the render, it fits perfectly into the background of the forum signature. I see a light squared pattern on the background, that's pretty good too. Glad to see someone actually did the sensible thing and made the render the main focus point rather than making the text the center of creation. I like the text because it's not that noticeable. Well done.

i personally like black and white better

Looks nice, good blending and depth. A lot of pepole just place the render on top of a background but you but the render between layers the right way.
