1 - No.
2 - Depends on what games you want to play and at what resolutions. Generally, 150+.
3 - 90$.

- No BE CPU.
- 2 gigs is a bit on the low side. 4gigs is so cheap now-a-days, it would be dumb not to get it.
- No video card.
- ....And probably a power supply that says ' Let me kill your whole system ' .
