No they shouldn't.
The only reason he is charging for it is because he had to pay for the resigner.
How would you like to pay some large amount of money and have 1 person buy from you and then they release it for free.
What he's doing is fair.
He used his own time and money for it.
He could charge more for it so stop being so ungrateful.
