some guy wants to me to buy his jtag for $200 and he showed me enough proof like on livestream and all but he wants to pay as a gift? he said he'll send me tracking number but idk i can't get a refund if i pay as gidt and i'll prob get scammed. os there any way i can get a refund or something if i pay as gift. he refuses to accept goods or services because he said that gives him fees or something. please help me decide

tell him ur pay 220 if he puts it as goods and services because its like 10% or somthing like that he has to pay so he will still basicly get his 200 dollars but u get the security but if he says no then he might be scamming

Tell him to put it on eBay as a retail xbox and have him give you his name on there. That way you can still pay through paypal but not get ripped. Or search your local craigslist. That's where I got mine from.
