First one, there shouldn't be a radial gradient behind it.
Second one, its pixelated
Third one, either use a clipping mask or alt shift with the marching ants to get it to fit the circle, the gloss on it as it is look awful because its completely off the shape as well as on it.
needs some work but good for you sharing with the community
