My idea is that you have to have everything unlocked, and then hav a certain amount of accolades. Maybe 100-1000. If anyone can test it would be great!

its not possible as it is a dev challenge and emblem that was never removed from the game the same as the secret game types and gold deagle

You can't get it legitly. They set it so to unlock it, you have to complete a challenge that doesn't exist in the game, but is in the coding.
402 probably just wanted to mess with us.

No you can actually get it,You have to Do all prestige challenges.
