is there a way to mod CoD4 or MW2 with a mod menu? i know you can do paintball, Zombie ect. but is there a way i can do mod menu?? Please answer and help. Also if there a flaming post about this or something in the Tut section than please link me it.

Yes, I suggest you use a patch convertor to convert a xbox patch to a PC patch. Or you can google PC patches as well that are pre-done.
