There is now an indie game that lets you send a message to all your friends without selecting them all just click select all. But the stupid part is that it is 80 microsoft points because it is an indie game so if you do not have 80 Microsoft points (like me) you will still have to do it manually.
Anyways it would be a great idea if microsft made it and it was free and wasn't an indie game

Yes, there is a way to do it for free but it takes long ticking all the names...
