Did you get an E-mail from them saying why you where banned? If not call customer support, and if they don't have a reason why they banned you, then they have to unban you.

Just post your gamertag and ask why you're banned.

They normally send an email for profile bans telling you what you did that made them ban you.

Clear your hard drive cache and then delete your account and recover it back. You should have your account up and running again.
