im doing this cause im tired of people asking for help with render settings and why things arent working with their dazzle

Setup
NOTE:S-video will get you clearer quality and you will get almost HD PVR quality
Make sure EVERY cable is plugged in correct and pushed in tightly
this is what the wires should look like and plug the USB from the dazzle into your computer

S-video setup not my video credit goes to

Capture Settings

These r the capture settings ive found work best and it comes out really clear after all of your rendering

Render Settings

These render settings r the best well ive found their could be better experiment with it do your own if you dont like it

Then after your done with that you can take it into whatever else you edit and render with for example Sony Vegas to get the full render settings to clear it up hope this helped

I see the graphic but do you have any idea why I would be having trouble connecting through a receiver? XBOX goes in through Video 1 so I connected Dazzle up to Video 1 Out and Video 1 S Video out. But I still get a black screen. I've tried both AMCAP and Microsoft Live Movie Maker and have them both set to capture the Dazzle on S Video and still get a black screen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Pinnacle Tech support sucks for this. I've spent hours on their site and can't find anything that will help.

Thanks in Advance!

PS I've also updated every driver so we can rule that out as well. Running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Dell Laptop.
