i highly doubt that Cod 7 will be able to have 10th lobbies because its going to use the "True Skill" ranking system like in gears of war where it levels you up according to how good you do. Like for instance the game picks the team that plans to win but if they loose the team gets more xp than the loosing team because the team that won was planned to loose.
