1.First go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

2.Register if you don't have a account if you do skip this part.

3. Then go to download and download Minecraft for Windows or Mac depending.

4.Run Minecraft enter your login and pass but don't click login.

5.Now close Minecraft, Then go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and register. (It will ask you for a G mail login, just enter one or create one if you haven't)

6.Once logged in click your name at the top right and go down to settings click that.

7.Then a page should load were it says Username and Pass that your Minecraft User and Pass that you enter so it can connect to your account.

8.Click connect then go to the downloads tab, and download Mineshafter Client Proxy and Mineshafter Server Proxy.

9. Save them to you desktop then open Mineshafter Server Proxy (When its saved it called Mineshafter Proxy)

10.Login with your Minecraft Username and Pass if it says user not premium click try again and it should work, You can also play online.
