All you need to do is buy a USB drive. After you create your account your xbox should give you an option to save it to your hard drive, or on your USB device. You choose USB device and you will be able to make these free accounts as much as necessary. The reason why this works is because your hard drive only allows you to make three accounts but the USB has no limit.

No, they did not. First of all, how coould they patch it when the dont make the USB drive. Second of all, I just did it.
