Ok, so basically I really needed 15 bucks. So this guy told me below if I gave him to the 1600, he would give me $15 PayPal. I really needed the money so, I went first and what do you know I got scammed again! I digital downloaded the MSP btw. If any of u guys are feeling generous, or want to buy the $17 left on the GameStop card I would appreciate it. Thanks guys.

the money always should go first. its easyer to recover money from a scam if its the payer first
