Directions on how to install-
1. Download OpenIV 0.9.2.250 from: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Run OpenIV, Select Grand Theft Auto IV (Iron Man is not EFLC compatible)
3. click the > arrow next to GTA IV, and browse to PC>Models>CDImages>playerped.rpf
4. When it asks if you want to open in EDIT MODE, click yes. If it doesn't ask, click EDIT MODE button.
5. Extract the 11 files from the rar's IRON MAN folder into your desktop, then drag them into OpenIV (NOT THE IRON MAN FOLDER ITSELF!)
6. Click File>Rebuild, if it says "You don't need to rebuild, rebuild anyway?", click yes
7. Close OpenIV
8. Play the game
9. Using a trainer such as SimpleNativeTrainer, select Model Spawing
10. Select Clothes Menu, set Upper to 1, Lower to 1, Hands to 1, Feet to 1, Hair to 3
11. Enjoy IRON MAN!
MAKE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF URE PLAYERPED.RPF INCASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG. enjoy!
