Jibblymex wrote Why is everyone so into it? Because lucid dreaming is AWESOME. You can control your dreams, do whatever you want. I have been in a lucid dream where all I did was do somersaults in mid air until i woke up - it was SO MUCH FUN. Hell you can lucis dream about banging a hot chick every night if you want

i like the last example but I cant lucid dream. I tried the binural tones and mindfreak on my ipod and idk why it wont work. I just wanna bounce on clouds andturn into a walking shark and eat people.haha

blahforareason wrote okay for those who complain that it is not working, its not a physical thing where you stay still and BAM you instantly get your lucid dream... it requires mental focus and persistence... if your determined to do it eventually you will get one. its not a walk in the park you've got to mentally focus on your dream and keeping calm... you should most preferably be really tired because your more likely to fall asleep quicker therefore allowing you to enter the REM state sooner which in turn will increase the chances of having a lucid dream if you do it right...

its 100% possible guys it may take 3 weeks or so before you have your first lucid dream. but after you have your first one it will be easier and you'll know what to do to get it the second time and third and so on until you pretty much become a master of lucid dreaming... you may not even need to follow these steps you could probably just mentally cause yourself to have a lucid dream or have a different way. these steps aren't the only way... if it doesn't work for you research other methods of inducing a lucid dream. don't give up...

edit:
oh and if your scared a demon will appear... PSHH its your dream pull out a  ing sword and fight that  if you wake up in your dream with the basterd holding your throat... ING GRAB HIS STRAIGHT BACK AND LET HIM KNOW WHOS BOSS AND DRAG THE  BACK TO HELL YOURSELF!!

well thats what i would do

Thanks so very much
I wish this was posted in the actual post itself

no problemo i have found another method which is the wake back to bed method... all of you should research it if you can it really helps ive had 2 so far this week... my first one was about 5 seconds where i walked around creating stuff... this time i went a lil longer and i was in my room for about under a minute just testing stuff like putting my hand through things... it was very vivid though almost as though my vision was blurred.. but none the less no demons

but i am going to say that it will take practice to last longer and have clearer dreams... kudos to anyone that has a long clear lucid dream on their first go
