i just tried it i got into sleep paralysis, it felt like my body was being pinned down was wierd, i just dont know when to open when i will be in Lucid stage

noo, while you have you're eyes closed, it feels as if you are being held down it felt like someone was pushing my shoulders, i guess i didnt wait long enough.

Every time it happens to me i'm in my room or house and people i know are in it and a couple of times i felt a weight on my chest and couldnt move and felt like I was being choked while their was creepy laughter, I wouldn't try to do this purposely because when I wake up I always have a severe headache and chest pains. Really scary stuff. I do believe it can be controlled at times but that's when it gets scary is when you lose control and physically can't move.

Paralysis means you can't move.

But don't be frightened.

Dont worry as soon as you open your eyes, you can move again just feels a little wierd
