Impatient little kid, if they are searching for your details it will take a while. you don't say, are you there hello? etc..... Btw you make no sense in the first line. As sentences start with capital letters and end with a full stop. If you went to school you would learn that also, this transcript could have been shortened down alot without you being impatient, next time wait and stop asking if they can help you, they will say if they can or not.

Why dont you read ,this is the first time i did this, its says WILL UPDATE can you read and dont be calling anyone a kid . This is like the rough draft for a paper.
