i forgot my password on my 3rd generation ipod and it is disabled till i connect to itunes but im on vacation and i only have my charger any way i can still listin to music !

double click your home button. If you are lucky you might have music playing in the background. Then try shaking your ipod to turn shuffle on.( you might have it disabled) Besides than your pretty much stuck, unless you have a computer near you.

Does it have itunes? If not you really cant do much.

Uhmm. If worst come the worst. You may have to retore the whole device to default settings, via iTunes.

1. Plug you ipod into your computer
2. Open itunes
3. This sucks but you have to restore it back to stock
4. Just re download all your music (might take awhile depending on apps and music and stuff)

Plug your itouch in the computer when it opens to itunes Hold the home button and the button on the top for 20 sec..

Unless if your on the same computer you synced it in you just restore it
