You can always get banned. With ISO mods, the chances are really low. I've never heard of anyone getting banned for ISO modding. I think I might've once. The guy hosted CONSTANTLY on WaW.

BESIDES WaW: and also since i haev ur attention lolsz my xbox keeps over heating when i host WaW motion flex V1 patch can anybody tell me what i can do to help
