You could never make a generator.
But you could make a program that somehow figures out when a code goes from yellow to green. (when someone purchases) and the program would spit the code out for you to redeem instead of giving them time to get home and enter the code for themselves. That would include having to hack microsoft. good luck with that... lol

You'd first need to figure out the algorithm, then you can create a function which takes a seed. The only problem with the entire idea is that the code is not valid until Microsoft makes it valid (or it's purchased at a retail store. Note, purchased).

Yeah I now lol. It would be extremely difficult just to hack Microsoft, let alone redeem the code before it's gone.

Hacking Microsoft, large probability that the code would be invalid, writing lots of script, yeah, I'm gonna say damn near impossible.

Correct but if a genius could do this, Omg.

Yeah the codes are already pre made but the certian card with the certian code has to be scanned and purchased at a retailer. So you would have to get very lucky and redeem the code before that person could drive home and redeem it themselves. I don't think it would work

Ranger_Steve wrote I really don't understand how this would work, but it seems like it could be a good idea.
Except how would you find those codes.
I'm sure they're stored somewhere in Microsoft but it would take a genius to make a program that would take these codes, update them every few seconds, and sort them into their corresponding colors for us to use.

Yes, the only problem... JK! It seems like Microsoft has a pretty tight system. Unless someone could actually make it possible to change the color of the code. Another theory coming your way

Well the thing is, is that, Think about it when someone goes out and buys a code the whole process from at the cash register to their house is usually less than 15 minutes, and I would assume that this only happens once every couple of minutes. So the availability of the codes would also be a problem.
