Yeah that's illegal pretty much anything below 20% is illegal in most states. In IL it's 35% and lower is illegal.

Seats - $500
Steering wheel - don't want to do unless all interior is done along with it
Exhaust system - already straight piped my car, sounds monstrous
Paint job - $2000
Touch screen radio - $500
Tint - already getting probably 35% or %20. Legal is 35% but whatever.
