I've been looking around and came across this website about the new Ps4.

This is not the ps4.
There is no confirmation on a ps4 , that picture has been released since the ps3 in early 2007.

Sony want the ps3 to last 8-10 years so do microsoft with the 360 , they will not release a new console just new versions of the console and additional hardware like ps move.

Sony made a huge loss with the ps3 as of research and engineering the console so they will still need more sales to make a good profit from the ps3.
They will announce the console in the next year or two at E3 which is early june. Game developers and console makers announce them there so there is no doubt the ps4 will be announced there.

There was rumours going around year ago about the ps4 been a helmet and it has smell sense incorporated into it , that slowly died but it was popular when it first was said. Sony has made no hints on what the ps4 will contain , lets just hope that is good firmware and security.
