I'm thinking about setting up a RS Cash shop, if it's allowed....

I'll be buying and selling RS Cash and items, if it's allowed... does anybody know if we can or not...

PLEASE don't post saying you will scam or something, I won't do it without proof of item or cash...

Thanks for the information, i should have checked the rules haha, my only problem is that there are a few sales of virtual items going, with expressed permission from staff, if i sought out staff permission do you think it would be allowed or is it wasting time?
