ok so i have been playing black ops recently and have been using the RPG

but everytime i shoot a person right in the stomach/chest they dont die

because there using FLAK JACKET!!!

What do you think about it???

i think flak jacket is the best 1st tear perk. i have it for 4 of my 6 classes.

It's a perk, I use it to annoy people, Most likely like others.

Nothing we can do about it.

i admit, that I have hit someone in the face with an RPG and they didn't die because of flakjacket. It's far too overpowered but is very useful.

In my opinion, you freaking noob. Why do people even use it? You have Lightweight and Scavenger. I mean come on. There scared to die by explosives so they made a perk for them... Treyarch can suck on my nuts
