u can but it would be mega blurry. u just have to do it again.

go on tinypic.com and upload image to the correct size using the size tool ! hope i helped

it will be blurry but open it up in photoshop and press ctrl and T then make it bigger. Hope i helped

Ill make it bigger for you. I use photoshop to re-zsize things.
