i jailbroke mine, when u have to click make it rain each time its called a "tethered jailbreak" which means if you turn it off and when to turn it on you have to connect it to your pc and click "make it rain" also it might go "brick" which means it wont do anything ( its broke) this happened to mine but i fixed by restoring to factory settings, i reccomend going to the blackrain official site as i downloaded a blackrain and each time i done it my ipod touch " bricked" but when i got it from the website it worked first time
