There are always reasons for things being illegal or banned from certain areas and in this case, states. Such as a dry climate where wildfires could spread. In some cases the reasons for things being banned are stupid but in most cases there are reasons for it.

Haha that sucks man that you can't set them off um they probably arent allowed because they start fires and injure people. Haha my state (Maryland) you can shoot off whatever. We went up to Penslyvannia and got some legit professional fireworks. Lets just say the police showed up more then once
