again didn't work, they escalated it to Level 2 but i didn't feel like waiting for 40 minutes
also the guy said "There is nothing I can do since I can't verify the payment made on xbox "

Idk what's wrong with Angelina but it took almost 5 minutes or more for every respond.
It didn't work for me. I'm going to try this again in the afternoon.
