k i try to get on facebook when i go to log in it says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address. how can i fix it to work

Facebook may be under construction without alert, or something with computer, or reset router.

unplug router for 30 secs plug back in wait 5 mins then refresh page
