Did you try to sign out during the intro. screen? If not, then you burnt a corrupted ISO file.

Alright, I didn't know that it was your game save, but yes you must delete the game save of TBoGT's progress from your storage device in order to avoid freezing on spawn and for Original, you will have to sign out during inrto. screen to avoid freezing.

if my gta iv cd (ISO) is laser scratched or not working 100% would that be one of the reasons that my gta iv stalls on 0%?
and ive downloaded 4 DIFFERENT ISO's so i dont think its the iso and im from australia so i download the PAL one right? witch i have been doing so far

This is very weird, I have never seen someone's PAL region ISO file from Australia to fail before... did you download the one from my topic? It should have worked, I have a friend from Australia on Xbox LIVE that I helped and it worked for him.
