No it isn't. The other day me and a buddy were boosting and I was at 29 kills and no nuke because the Pavelow didn't count towards my killstreak.

yes the pave low is glitched.

you have to get a kill before it kills anyone and then it will count towards your streak.

pave lows from care packages also add to your killstreak.

I've tried:

1. Getting 9 kills
2. Calling in pavelow
3. Getting 10th kill with gun
4. Pavelow gets 11th kill, doesn't give me AC130

Also tried:
