i am trying to make a lag switch i have cut the orange wire and hooked to several different switches but every time turn the switch in the off position it just disconnects me from xbox live what am i doing wrong do i have the wrong wire?

Yeah, i have fond that net tools is easier to use. but you get lagged out if you hold it for to long. And why more than 1 switch?

i wasnt sure if the switch i had was working correctly i am using a toggle switch instead of a lite switch

Well you shouldn't hold it for more then 2 seconds, otherwise it will disconnect. Maybe try a different switch, the preferred type from what I have seen is the ones that control light switches (not sure of the name).

dont use lag switches there useless
