Problem

Computer will not Boot
I think I got Infected with a Virus which cleaned something in System32 and it also
formated my Local Disc (D which had various non-important to my knowledge items.

I have a windows Disc but it Hangs, or just takes forever. I let it run 'Fixing Problems'
for like 30 Hours just on the off chance that it is actually fixing something.

I have not got a Backup and Nor the money to get it fixed.

I am willing to Open my computer and I removed the internal backup battery for 10 hours to kill any 'living' memory cells on my computer and it did not work.

I boot up in safe mode and it does not work.
I cannot lanch System Restore [F12] NOTHING.

Any questions please post below!

EDIT

Error Code Oxc000000f

Does it come up with a BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) when you first boot the computer?

You might have to reformat your hard drive and install a new OS if it messed with your System32 folder. Linux is free, and you can use it until you get another better OS.

If that doesn't work, it is something in your actual hardware, which I cannot help you with over the internet.

No the Compaq Screen comes up at usual.
It runs, then offers me to boot from CD
I do not press anything then it comes up with a error...

Something along the lines of Ocf000000f something like that.

Do you also have a recovery disk, if not just use a Linux live CD to browse your System32 folder and locate the problem.

EDIT:

Can you tell me specifically what the error code is?

Yes.

I mentioned it in my Post.

It attempts fixes. Offers me System Restore?
When I do not have a Backup but I select yes just incase
its to go to factory settings.

It just continuously just stays there fixing problems... I Ran it for 30 hours once..
