This is a little tutorial on how to install skins on XeXMenu.
Requirements:
Official Xbox 360 HDD Or MU
External HDD

Preparing XeXMenu.xex
1. Place XeXMenu into the External HDD. Simply drag and drop the folder within the .rar into the External HDD's root.
2. Secondly, this is where Quickboot is needed. Open up Quickboot v2.0 (open the .rar and lauch the the Quickboot.exe).
3. Click 'Scan Local'. Then direct it to "My Computer", like shown below, direct it to the XeXMenu folder you just added to the External HDD.

4. Once directed to the 'XexMenu' folder, it will show in the grey box on Quckboot.

5. Now click then "Build All" button, and then a message box will appear, click 'No'.
6. Now go to the External HDD and got to Content > 000000000000000
7. Once in that folder drag and drop the folder named "C0DE9999" to the desktop, once on the desktop you can delete that from your External HDD.
8. Go to your Offical Xbox 360 HDD/ MU, open it with Xport 360, FATXplorer, which ever you prefer.
9. Go to 'Content > 0000000000000000', once there drag and drop/insert the folder "C0DE9999".
Installing Skins
1. On the External HDD go to the folder "XeXMenu", and within that folder go to Media > skins.
2. From the skin you downloaded (it will be a .zip or .rar), within there will be a folder, drag and drop that to the desktop.
3. Then drag it to the "skins" folder within XeXMenu.
On The Xbox
1. Go to 'Quick Launch' or go to 'Games > All Games'.
2. Launch the file called 'XeXMenu'.
3. This will take you to 'XeXMenu', once there, go to the options part of 'XeXMenu', by clicking RB.
4. Toggle through your skins by pressing 'Dpad Left' and 'Dpad Right'.

There is only 6 that I have at the moment. I'll have a look around XeDev forums tomorrow ;p
