Well, you can either get one the various Adobes, preferably Photoshop or if you're just looking to make a few basic ones download a program called "Gimp" and use that.

Try a trial first. Then you can buy a key if you want or try gimp.

Get on Youtube and type Photoshop Downloads and there are a bunch that will teach you how to use it and the download in the Discription

If you like the software buy a product key, don't trust torrents for $1,000+ programs since many of them try to install viruses on your computer.

Gimp is a great program, which is free.
