Is the xbox HDMI or Non HDMI?
If it is HDMI the problem may be that it is not reading the xbox signal. It is hard to explain but it has to do with your tv. Make sure that the HDMI cables are secure in the TV and the XBox. Also check if your tv is on the correct input. That can also be the problem.
