ok i bough something on paypal but the seller is a DUMB f*** adn he said i do not have enough money even thow i sent him 3 extra dollars so i opened a dispute ... the buyer said he send back my money (i never got it) how do i get my money back do i just wait for the dispute or what NEED HELP

edit: i sent the money as goods

You will get you money bad, just wait for the dispute to reply with more information because you can say hes trying to scam you for 3 extra dollars. And you want a refund

if you sent it as a gift i dont think you can but if you didnt then just wait, i think it takes up to ten days, but if it dosnt refund then call them
