How do you give people reputation and how do you vote peoples post usefull and not usefull

ok do give ppl rep on there post at the bottom right is a gren flag u click that green flag to give rep and ot negative rep them
you agree with the post is postive rep
you disagree with the post is negative rep
thn you choose how much rep you want to give them
to agree with someones post next to there thing is a thumbs up
or
a thumb up to agree
or thumb down to disagree

There is 2 ways to gain rep.
First is every 25 post you get one rep point.
