When you defeat the Elite 4, you will Capture The pokemon on the cover of which game you Brought and will fight N with the pokemon you caught against the other games cover pokemon and will fight his other pokemon, When you have beaten him, you Fight the Leader of the Sages (i cant remember his name) but you will fight him right after so before fighting the elite four, train all the pokemon you are going to use throughout
