Now you've come here because you have gotten the error shown above. Well your in the right place because im going to show you how to fix it using a software called EasyBCD by Neosmart Technology's. This tutorial is going to show you how to get to the regular windows bootloader, where windows boots automatically.

1. Get some sort of grub on your computer so you can get into windows, i've done it with ubuntu 11.04 in the past just for the sake that i dont wanna find a grub.

2. If you chose the ubuntu way, download & install it on your PC in a small partition.

3. Download EasyBCD from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

4. Run/Install it onto your PC

5. When its installed, RUN IT! If your using Windows Vista/Windows 7 a UAC box will pop-up just hit yes.

6. When you enter the program it will look like this:

14. Now right click C: & select mark partion as active. (if you cant select it then its already active)

15. Now all you have to do is restart & your problem should be fixed! When you boot into windows after you've fixed it just go back into Computer Mangement -> Storage -> Disk Management & then delete the ubuntu partition (if you did it that way)

If you encounter any problems please reply to the topic & i will be more than willing to help you
