Ehm, you're wrong.
The hand has no custom brushes, and it's not a stock photo.
The hand was a massively large photo we found and cropped it. (Was well over 10,000x10,000 pixels to begin with.)
There's no brushes whatsoever in there. It's called detailing.

You seem like you are a lot of talk and not a lot of proof. Yes, there is detail in your work. Let me criticize your "hand" photo.
Pros-
Changed skin tone.
Used multiple fractals (maybe)
OR-You found a fire render on the net and re-colored it.

Cons-
Since it is fire or some kind of light, there should be lighting on the hand.
The image is dark, when there is light in the image.
Whats with the huge empty space?
From what I remember, the arm was dirty, but too dirty. It looked low quality.
